Several times a year I look through my blog and ask myself, "Why do I write?" The obvious answer is because I love writing and I love sharing our life with our family and friends. Sometimes I do feel like quitting, but then think to myself, "I've put a lot of effort and time into this blog! I can't quit!" Mostly I write "to taste life twice". I believe in an afterlife and heaven. I believe when we die we're going on to the next phase of existence. But I do so love my present life, and if writing about it means I get to live it twice, then I'll keep on writing!
