On a bad note my food choices were not the best today:
Breakfast:
Mini Bagel
1 can of Mt. Dew (needed a pick me up with only 3.5 hours of sleep.)
Lunchish:
Cracker mix and nuts
Yogurt
Gram Crackers
Dinner
Baked Chicken Parm. (1/2 chicken breast)
1/2 cup of pasta.
32 oz of diet Pepsi
I drank 24 oz of water.
No veggies are on this list.... I better change things up tomorrow.
