My weight has been the battle of my life. I am a fighter and when I want something I go for it. But I can not beat my horrible eating habits. I know what I have to do. I've read every different diet plan in the nation! I've even tried a few different pills and hormones. Bottom line I need self control. So I've decided to blog my journey of these next 16 weeks. I think if I go public I'll be more motivated to stick to the plan.

Left Arm 17 inches - My arms need the most work ever!!!
Left Thigh 26 inches - my right leg is significantly smaller due to the prosthetic.
Rascal's arm is 3 inches...

Okay Jill, I just got caught up on your blog. You can do this!!! I hope you can add exersize in a little bit too. The best thing I found to help in keeping track of calories is an app called "lose it" If you have and ipod touch you can download. I will be excited to watch you progress! I am so excited for you! I am so excited for you to get married too! I really liked Eric when I met him this summer.
