Tonight Joseph and I wanted something hardy and filling for dinner, we decided on BBQ shredded chicken sandwiches. Joseph baked buns for our sandwiches, which were delicious! I boiled chicken, after the chicken finished cooking Joseph shredded the it while I made BBQ sauce. Through the broken teriyaki bottle and sticky floors with shards of glass hiding in the grout, we made a dang good dinner.
I found the BBQ sauce recipe in my America's Test Kitchen cook book. I was focused on the title of this recipe, the specific word "quick" caught my eye. After dinner while taking this picture I realized the other half of the recipe was on the following page, oops!
