Last Sunday I stated the HCG diet in efforts to loose a rather large amount of weight. The diet is very strict. While taking the HCG drops I can only eat 500 calories a day. There is a list of certain food I can eat too. No sugar, no starches, no dairy. I can only eat certain meats, veggies, and fruit.

I just got through my first week and I lost 7 pounds. I'm excited to start my second week.
