Our Thanksgiving dinner!

Joseph and I stayed home this year to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday together.  Last week we cooked a huge Thanksgiving dinner with the children so today we thought we'd keep things simple and small.  In true Joe and Jill fashion we went all out!
The menu: Roasted chicken, brined and stuffed with bacon, ground pork, and apple stuffing.  Roasted purple potatoes, pearl onions, and carrots.  Sun dried tomato bread baked fresh today, tomato and cucumber salad,  Joe's homemade Italian soda, and for dessert, chocolate mousse.
