Last night Joseph was in the mood to make ravioli; who am I to stand in the way of man and his pasta.
I have not been in the mood to cook lately. I am grateful that Joseph has been happy to cook; he's always happy to cook for me actually.

The process looks daunting but it was fun and quite easy. Joseph looked up a recipe on line and started making pasta. We enjoyed huge plate loads of ravioli with my homemade red sauce. One night when you're bored of the same old dinner try something new and have fun with it.
