Behavior Intended to Upset. . .

"Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of an offensive nature.  It is commonly understood as behavior intended to disturb or upset, and it is characteristically repetitive.  In the legal sense, it is intentional behavior which is found threatening or disturbing."
I understand being upset when someone quits a job, especially when the someone who quits, is the sole reason anyone, including the boss, in the company was getting paychecks.  But, to continue to react negatively and harass us about starting our own business is a bit ridiculous and childish in my opinion.

Some may think Joseph and I leaving Cache Valley to open our own business is harsh, because doing so means we had to quit our jobs in Logan.  When anyone leaves a company, it is hard on the company, personally and financially.  When we are able to hire employees and they quit, we will have to deal with the issues that come up when they leave our company, I hope I react in a respectful and friendly manner.

We think leaving Cache Valley and opening our own business was brave.  There are two sides to every story and we don't intend to make our side of the story public, but it is becoming clear to us our former boss isn't going to take any responsibility for his involvement as to why we felt we needed to leave the company.  We're moving on and we wish our former boss could move on too.

We're sorry relationships were dissolved, it was an incredibly hard, nerve racking, emotional decision for us.  When push comes to shove, we have to do what is best for our family; so we're here in Texas making a better life for our family then we ever could have in Cache Valley.
