My cousin Kandin taught me how to bottle this year.... I made a ton of Apple Butter. I was so proud of my first attempt to bottle something alone. I loved my Grandma B's apple butter so she gave me her recipe and I went to work!
(At the time I was on the HCG diet and couldn't eat it. I do not like not being able to eat my hard work.)
