Look at this beautiful cookbook! We came upon this book from James Townsend & Son, Inc, they linked the PDF to their Facebook page. We printed the book and Joseph bound it in black calf skin leather. The recipes are simple and all look delicious; I can't wait to make some cookies from The Complete Confectioner!
